Working with real estate clients has always been my biggest passion and priority.

To date, I have spent over a decade working and partnering with the largest developers in the UK, UAE and Southeast Asia, international real estate agencies, as well as private equity companies.

Having worked and partnered with global companies in Singapore and London I was formerly head of the Russian Desk for one of the top developers in the UK-Berkeley Homes.

I developed an extensive business network in the APAC region, UK, Turkey, Russian speaking countries, by working and cooperating with the world real estate agencies and partners in the industry.

My further professional experience was working at the largest developer in the UK – Barratt London. At Barratt I was Head of Sales for Emerging Markets to include Turkey, Russia, CIS countries and Southeast Asia.

My extensive experience working for the UK top and biggest property developers in the industry has given me unique insights in dealing with international clients. Our team at Paragon Associates clearly understands what is important to clients from anywhere in the world.

My professional experience with clients in the private sector, as well as with the top UK developers, has given me insights into conducting transactions with maximum efficiency and convenience for the client, both remotely and in client’s presence in the country itself.

Presentation of carefully selected options

After you select a particular project/property, a meeting with the developer will be scheduled. For the maximum comfort, we offer the viewing of the property both in-person or virtually. If you are present in the country/city then it could be an in-person appointment and visit to the development. If you do not have the opportunity to come personally to the property, we can schedule a virtual meeting with the developer.



After you decide on the property you are interested in, the negotiations are held with the seller, and once your offer is accepted our legal team will support you during the whole process from exchange of the contracts through to completion.
